MACHINE ROOM WITH THE SIZE OF ELEVATOR SHAFT
In order to reduce space, Stalantis have developed MMR, a new series of high performance elevator with compact and small machine room in the industry, implementing the 32bit microprocessor controller with our PM synchronous gearless traction machine. Compared with traditional elevator, MMR has overwhelming advantage, such as passenger lift adopts the compact small machine room layout to effectively reduce the overhead space and cut down the building cost to the fullest extent, short installation time, saving energy, environmental friendly, especially for its simple and easy maintenance.
OUR KEY COMPONENTS
Through the development of the Gearless Traction Machine, Stalantis has successfully reduced the machine room area to that of hoistway where the machine room used to require an area twice as large as that of hoistway. It offers the most advanced elevator features without requiring a large machine room, only needing the dimension of the shaft.

Stalantis GEARLESS SMALL MACHINE ROOM ELEVATORS
Stalantis small machine room “MMR” is suitable and designed for mid rise Residential building and its calculated rang of usage. The small machine room is located above the shaft, reduces construction costs and frees up more usable space for constriction builders.
• Stalantis permanent magnet, synchronous gearless traction technology saves energy more than 50% from the traditional Geared machine Elevators.
• MMR is equipped with 32bit microcomputer and VVVF control technology which brings high interchange ability, smooth and comfort movements.
• The traction machine and control system can be installed wherever floor; so it can reduce structural difficulty sharply.
• The traction machine and guide rail runs respectively to avoid resonance and noise.
